Vanity Fair on AIG?!?

The depth of the current recession has brought a real overlap in the subject matter of journalists. The Wall Street Journal is not the only written press being passed around the office. Both Vanity Fair and The Rolling Stone have come out with very insightful articles on AIG and Goldman Sachs. While this might be the first article I've read in either of these publications, I highly recommend both articles. The Vanity Fair article, "The Man Who Crashed the World", takes a behind the scenes look at the Financial Products unit at AIG, and the Rolling Stone Article, "The Great American Bubble Machine", takes a gentle stab at Goldman Sachs.

What is Wealth Part 2 of 3

Recently, it has come to our attention through conversation with clients, prospects and friends that there is a false perception about the term wealth management. That it is only for those who have substantial income, assets or complex financial needs. This, no doubt is often true, but is much too narrow in its definition. Why the love?

     Imagine:  A solid-framed, silver-haired, 79 yr old man walking with intentional pace up a handful of broad stairs on his way to standing on a large platform alone, prepared to present truth from the Living God, as he has done nearly every Sunday morning at 8:30am for the last 50 years....5 decades.
